Patient presented with smaller than normal lateral incisors (on each side of the two large front teeth). Options were presented and the patient chose the cheapest solution for financial reasons. Each upper lateral incisor was built up to normal size and shape with tooth colored filling material, a process known as direct bonding.
Patient did not like "gap" between front teeth. Also cuspids (or "eye teeth") were severely worn. Options were presented. Patient chose to crown front six teeth in order to achieve maximum esthetic result.
